1.4 These Terms apply to every Program unless Amquest issues specific written terms for a particular Program (“Program-Specific Terms”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Program-Specific Terms, the Program-Specific Terms will prevail only for that specific Program.
1.5 Amquest is a private education and training company. Unless expressly stated in writing, Amquest does not represent that any certificate issued by it is a university degree, government-recognised diploma, statutory qualification, or professional licence.
2. Acceptance and Binding Effect

2.3 You confirm that you are not relying on any oral promise, informal WhatsApp message, social media post, advertisement, counsellor statement, faculty statement, or third-party representation unless the same is expressly included in Amquest’s official written offer letter, invoice, enrolment form, Program-Specific Terms, or official signed communication.
2.4 Any promise of refund, guaranteed placement, guaranteed interview, guaranteed salary, batch transfer, discount, scholarship, course duration, faculty allocation, job role, internship, certification, or career outcome is invalid unless issued in writing by an authorised representative of Amquest.
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol independently.
3.2 If you are below 18 years of age, you may enrol only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian will be responsible for payment, conduct, data consent, attendance, and compliance with these Terms.
3.3 You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current information during enquiry, counselling, registration, admission, payment, placement, and certification processes.
3.4 Amquest may reject, suspend, or terminate your admission without refund if any information, document, qualification, identity proof, payment proof, academic record, employment detail, or placement-related disclosure provided by you is false, incomplete, misleading, forged, or unverifiable.
3.5 You are responsible for keeping your contact details updated, including phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, address, education details, and employment status.
3.6 Each Student account is for individual use only. You may not share your login credentials, LMS access, recordings, notes, presentations, assignments, case studies, templates, models, tools, or any Amquest content with any other person.
3.7 Any sharing, resale, screen recording, copying, uploading, forwarding, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Amquest content is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.
4. Programs, Curriculum, and Delivery
4.1 Program duration, curriculum, batch timing, faculty, schedule, mode of delivery, assignment format, assessment format, placement support, LMS access, and certification requirements are determined by Amquest and communicated at the time of enrolment or through Program-Specific Terms.
4.2 Amquest may revise, update, restructure, add, remove, merge, replace, or modify any part of the curriculum, tools, faculty, schedule, assessment format, delivery mode, class sequence, assignment format, project structure, LMS structure, or workshop plan where required for academic, operational, commercial, technical, regulatory, faculty availability, infrastructure, industry, or force majeure reasons.
4.3 Amquest may shift sessions from classroom to online, online to classroom, hybrid to online, or classroom to hybrid where operationally required.
4.4 Such changes do not automatically create any right to refund, compensation, damages, fee waiver, or cancellation.
4.5 Where Amquest makes a material change that substantially affects your ability to continue the Program, Amquest may, at its discretion, offer one or more of the following:
- batch transfer;
- access to an alternative batch;
- online access;
- recorded session access;
- rescheduled sessions;
- academic credit toward another Program; or
- any other reasonable academic alternative.
4.6 Public holidays, trainer unavailability, faculty emergencies, technical issues, institutional events, force majeure events, examinations, recruitment drives, or academic restructuring may extend the Program duration beyond the originally communicated timeline.
4.7 Recordings, if provided, are supplementary learning support only. Amquest does not guarantee that every session will be recorded or that every recording will remain available permanently.
4.8 LMS, recordings, materials, and platform access will be available only for the period communicated by Amquest. If no specific period is communicated, Amquest may restrict, suspend, or close access after Program completion, termination, payment default, disciplinary breach, or expiry of the internal access period.
5. Third-Party Tools, Platforms, and External Bodies
5.1 Some Programs may include references to or use of third-party tools, software, platforms, AI tools, finance tools, marketing tools, analytics tools, exam bodies, certification bodies, or external websites.
5.2 Amquest does not control third-party tools, pricing, availability, account policies, feature changes, data policies, downtime, access restrictions, or discontinuation.
5.3 Any third-party fee, subscription, exam registration fee, certification body fee, software licence fee, payment gateway charge, or external platform charge is payable separately unless expressly included in writing.
5.4 Amquest is not responsible for rejection, delay, cancellation, non-availability, account suspension, pricing change, policy change, exam change, curriculum change, technical failure, or service failure caused by any third-party platform or external body.
5.5 Unless expressly stated in writing, Amquest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially authorised by any external certification body, examination body, university, employer, or software company.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 The Program fee, applicable taxes, instalment schedule, payment plan, discounts, scholarships, financing options, and third-party charges will be communicated at the time of enrolment.
6.2 You must pay fees through payment modes approved by Amquest, including bank transfer, UPI, card, payment gateway, instalment plan, or financing partner arrangement.
6.3 Admission is confirmed only after Amquest receives the required payment or the first approved instalment, as applicable.
6.4 Access to classes, LMS, recordings, certificates, assignments, workshops, placement support, and other Program benefits may be withheld until required payments are received.
6.5 If you choose an instalment plan, you must pay every instalment on or before the due date.
6.6 If any instalment is delayed beyond five (5) days from the due date, Amquest may impose a late-payment charge of ₹2,000 per delayed instalment.
6.7 In case of non-payment, delayed payment, failed EMI, chargeback, payment dispute, bounced transaction, or financing default, Amquest may take any or all of the following actions:
- suspend access to classes, LMS, recordings, assignments, groups, communities, and placement activities;
- withhold certification;
- withhold placement assistance;
- cancel batch access;
- deny batch transfer;
- terminate enrolment without refund;
- recover outstanding dues;
- charge applicable late fees, collection costs, and legal costs; and
- notify financing partners, where applicable.
6.8 If you pay through a financing partner, your loan/EMI obligations are between you and the financing partner. You remain solely responsible for all EMI payments, interest, penalties, charges, and lender obligations.
6.9 Amquest may suspend access, withhold services, withhold certification, or notify the financing partner in case of payment default, subject to applicable law and financing terms.
6.10 Taxes, payment gateway charges, finance charges, lender charges, processing fees, external exam fees, and third-party fees are non-refundable unless expressly required by applicable law.
7. Discounts, Scholarships, and Offers
7.1 Any discount, scholarship, fee waiver, promotional offer, early-bird price, referral benefit, or special pricing is valid only if confirmed in writing by Amquest.
7.2 Amquest may withdraw or modify any offer at any time before payment is received.
7.3 Discounts, scholarships, and offers cannot be clubbed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
7.4 If a Student breaches payment terms, attendance terms, academic requirements, placement rules, or conduct requirements, Amquest may revoke any discount, scholarship, fee waiver, or special benefit and demand the standard Program fee.
8. Batch Transfer, Deferment, and Freezing
8.1 Batch transfer, deferment, or freezing of admission is not a right.
8.2 Amquest may allow batch transfer or deferment only at its discretion, subject to seat availability, academic feasibility, fee status, operational convenience, and Program rules.
8.3 A batch transfer request must be made in writing before the relevant batch or module begins.
8.4 Amquest may charge an administrative fee for batch transfer, deferment, or reactivation.
8.5 If a Student stops attending, delays attendance, misses sessions, or becomes inactive without written approval from Amquest, the Student will not be entitled to refund, extension, transfer, repeat classes, or compensation.
8.6 Amquest may refuse batch transfer where the Student has unpaid fees, poor attendance, disciplinary issues, academic non-compliance, or placement-process non-compliance.
9. Attendance
9.1 Attendance requirements vary by Program and may be specified in Program-Specific Terms.
9.2 For the PGP in Digital Marketing & AI Program, a minimum of 85% attendance in physical classroom sessions is required. Live online attendance does not count toward this 85% classroom attendance requirement unless Amquest expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
9.3 For all other Programs, unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 80% attendance is required across eligible classroom and/or live online sessions.
9.4 Attendance records maintained by Amquest are final and binding.
9.5 Attendance disputes must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of the relevant session. Disputes raised after this period may be rejected.
9.6 Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in disqualification from:
- certificate issuance;
- placement assistance;
- internships or interview opportunities;
- academic completion status;
- refund eligibility, where applicable; and
- any Program-linked benefit.
9.7 Watching recordings does not automatically count as attendance unless Amquest expressly confirms the same in writing.
10. Academic Requirements
10.1 Students must complete all academic requirements prescribed by Amquest, including but not limited to:
- assignments;
- quizzes;
- internal tests;
- case studies;
- project work;
- group work;
- practical submissions;
- capstone projects;
- presentations;
- mock interviews;
- industry sessions; and
- faculty evaluations.
10.2 The Capstone Project, where applicable, is a mandatory academic component and may include topic selection, project execution, submission, presentation, evaluation, and revision.
10.3 Amquest’s academic panel, faculty, or evaluation team will determine whether a Student has successfully completed academic requirements.
10.4 Late, incomplete, copied, AI-generated without disclosure, plagiarised, fake, manipulated, or non-original submissions may be rejected.
10.5 Failure to complete academic requirements may result in disqualification from certification, placement support, interviews, internships, refund eligibility, and other Program benefits.
11. Refund Policy — General Rule
11.1 Except where expressly stated in these Terms or Program-Specific Terms, all fees paid to Amquest are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
11.2 Once admission is confirmed and any payment is made, the fee is non-refundable in whole or in part, including in the following situations:
- you do not attend sessions;
- you voluntarily withdraw;
- you change your mind;
- you are unable to continue due to personal reasons;
- you face academic, financial, health, family, employment, relocation, visa, examination, or scheduling issues;
- you are dissatisfied after enrolment;
- you fail to meet attendance requirements;
- you fail to complete assignments, tests, projects, or capstone requirements;
- you fail to qualify for certification or placement assistance;
- you are terminated for misconduct or non-payment;
- batch timing, faculty, curriculum, tools, platform, or delivery mode is changed by Amquest in accordance with these Terms; or
- you relied on any oral or informal assurance not included in official written documents.
11.3 The only exception to the general non-refundable policy is where Amquest permanently cancels the Program and does not provide a reasonable alternative batch, rescheduled delivery, online delivery, credit, transfer, or other academic alternative.
11.4 In case of cancellation by Amquest without any reasonable alternative, Amquest’s maximum liability will be limited to the Program fee actually received by Amquest for the undelivered portion of the Program, excluding taxes already deposited, third-party charges, payment gateway charges, financing charges, external exam fees, and non-recoverable costs.
11.5 Refunds, where approved, will be processed only to the original payment source or to the financing partner, as applicable.
11.6 No employee, counsellor, faculty member, trainer, intern, placement executive, consultant, franchisee, partner, or third party is authorised to promise a refund unless the refund is expressly confirmed in writing by Amquest through an authorised representative.
12. Placement-Linked Refund — PGP in Digital Marketing & AI Only
12.1 This section applies only to Students enrolled in the PGP in Digital Marketing & AI Program, and only where the official Program-Specific Terms expressly mention a placement-linked refund.
12.2 No other Program carries a placement-linked refund unless expressly confirmed in writing by Amquest.
12.3 Subject to these Terms, Amquest may offer a placement-linked refund for the PGP in Digital Marketing & AI Program if the eligible Student is not placed within twelve (12) months after successful Program completion.
12.4 To qualify for the placement-linked refund, the Student must cumulatively satisfy all of the following conditions:
- maintain the required minimum physical classroom attendance;
- pay the full Program fee on time with no overdue amount, late payment, EMI default, chargeback, loan default, or pending dues;
- pass all internal tests, assignments, assessments, projects, and evaluations;
- attend all industry sessions, guest lectures, workshops, placement sessions, resume sessions, mock interviews, and recruitment-preparation activities;
- complete the Capstone Project within the prescribed timeline and secure a passing grade;
- submit all documents, resumes, portfolios, assignments, LinkedIn profile updates, and placement forms required by Amquest;
- attend every interview, test, group discussion, assignment, recruiter call, HR round, technical round, and recruitment process scheduled or referred by Amquest;
- not reject, ignore, delay, decline, ghost, or fail to respond to any interview or qualifying offer;
- comply with Amquest’s Student Code of Conduct and placement rules;
- disclose every employment offer, internship offer, freelance offer, consulting offer, job acceptance, joining confirmation, or income-generating professional engagement received during the placement eligibility window; and
- not make any false, incomplete, misleading, or concealed disclosure to Amquest.
12.5 For this section, “Placement” means a written offer of employment, internship-to-employment role, trainee role, contract role, full-time role, or other role substantially related to digital marketing, AI, marketing, business, analytics, technology, content, performance marketing, social media, SEO, CRM, automation, or any associated discipline.
12.6 Unless a higher amount is expressly stated in the Program-Specific Terms, a qualifying Placement will mean a written offer with a minimum CTC or annualised compensation of ₹1,80,000 per annum.
12.7 A Placement is treated as having occurred whether the offer was sourced through Amquest, through the Student’s own efforts, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn, personal network, previous employer, internship, freelance relationship, college network, recruiter, or any other channel.
12.8 If the Student secures any qualifying Placement during the placement eligibility window, Amquest’s placement-linked obligation is treated as fulfilled and the Student will not be eligible for a refund.
12.9 Amquest’s placement team will connect the eligible Student to a minimum of three (3) hiring organisations, interviews, referrals, or recruitment opportunities during the placement eligibility window, provided the Student remains eligible under these Terms.
12.10 The placement eligibility window begins only after successful Program completion as determined by Amquest’s academic panel and continues for twelve (12) months.
12.11 The following events will immediately disqualify the Student from any placement-linked refund:
- failure to meet attendance requirements;
- unpaid fees or delayed fees;
- EMI or financing default;
- failure to complete academic requirements;
- failure to complete the Capstone Project;
- failure to attend placement training or mock interviews;
- failure to attend any scheduled interview or recruiter process;
- rejection of a qualifying offer;
- non-response to recruiter or Amquest placement communication;
- rude, unprofessional, dishonest, or negligent conduct during the placement process;
- submission of false resume details, fake experience, fake salary, fake documents, or misleading information;
- concealment of any job offer, employment, internship, freelance engagement, or acceptance;
- breach of these Terms or the Student Code of Conduct; or
- any act that damages Amquest’s reputation with recruiters, employers, students, faculty, or partners.
12.12 The Student must disclose every offer or acceptance to Amquest within seven (7) working days of receiving or accepting it. Disclosure must include employer name, role, offered compensation, joining date, offer letter, appointment letter, or other relevant proof.
12.13 Amquest may verify the Student’s employment status during the placement eligibility window and for twelve (12) months thereafter. Verification may include requests for documents, employer confirmation, public professional profiles, LinkedIn review, references, income proof, or other reasonable methods.
12.14 The Student must cooperate fully with verification requests.
12.15 If Amquest determines that the Student concealed, misrepresented, delayed, manipulated, or falsely stated employment information to claim or retain a refund:
- the Student will be permanently disqualified from the refund;
- any refund already paid must be repaid to Amquest within thirty (30) days of demand;
- Amquest may revoke any certificate issued; and
- Amquest may initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings, where applicable.
12.16 Refund requests under this section must be submitted in writing to learnersupport@amquesteducation.com within thirty (30) days after the placement eligibility window ends.
12.17 Refund requests submitted after this deadline may be rejected.
12.18 Amquest will review the request, verify eligibility, and communicate its decision in writing. Approved refunds may take up to ninety (90) working days from the approval date.
12.19 If the Program fee was paid through a financing partner, any approved refund will first be paid to the financing partner toward outstanding dues. Any balance, if applicable, may then be paid to the Student.
12.20 Third-party fees, taxes already remitted, exam fees, certification fees, payment gateway charges, financing charges, loan charges, interest, penalties, and non-recoverable costs are excluded from refund calculations.
12.21 Amquest’s decision on placement-linked refund eligibility will be final and binding, subject to applicable law and dispute resolution rights.
13. Placement Assistance — All Programs
13.1 Placement assistance is available only to eligible Students who satisfy payment, attendance, academic, conduct, and placement-readiness requirements.
13.2 Placement assistance may include resume review, LinkedIn guidance, interview preparation, mock interviews, aptitude preparation, recruiter introductions, hiring partner referrals, job alerts, internship opportunities, placement drives, or industry-connect activities.
13.3 Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment, salary, internship, interview conversion, recruiter selection, job location, job role, promotion, career switch, or offer letter.
13.4 Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers, recruiters, HR teams, business teams, and hiring organisations.
13.5 Amquest does not control employer shortlisting, interview feedback, salary offered, job location, offer terms, joining date, work culture, employment continuity, background verification, or recruiter decisions.
13.6 Where a Program-Specific Term expressly states a minimum number of interviews, hiring connects, or recruiter introductions, Amquest’s obligation is limited to arranging, referring, introducing, or enabling such opportunities for eligible Students. It does not mean guaranteed selection, guaranteed offer, or guaranteed salary.
13.7 To remain eligible for placement assistance, the Student must:
- pay all fees in full and on time;
- meet attendance requirements;
- complete academic requirements;
- complete placement preparation requirements;
- submit updated resumes and documents on time;
- attend all scheduled interviews and recruiter processes;
- behave professionally with Amquest and recruiters;
- respond promptly to placement communication; and
- comply with these Terms.
13.8 Amquest may permanently withdraw placement assistance if the Student ghosts recruiters, rejects suitable opportunities without valid reason, behaves unprofessionally, provides false information, misses interviews, damages recruiter relationships, or breaches these Terms.
13.9 Any claim of guaranteed placement, guaranteed salary, guaranteed interview, guaranteed internship, or guaranteed hiring outcome is invalid unless expressly stated in official Program-Specific Terms issued by Amquest.
14. Career Outcomes, Salary Claims, Testimonials, and Marketing Material
14.1 Any salary figure, placement rate, highest package, average package, recruiter logo, alumni outcome, testimonial, case study, student success story, or career example shown by Amquest is for informational and marketing purposes only.
14.2 Past outcomes do not guarantee future outcomes.
14.3 Individual results depend on several factors including Student effort, attendance, skill level, communication ability, interview performance, academic background, location preference, market conditions, recruiter requirements, salary expectations, professional conduct, and timely responsiveness.
14.4 Amquest does not guarantee any specific salary, job role, company, designation, location, promotion, freelance income, consulting income, business outcome, or career outcome unless expressly confirmed in Program-Specific Terms.
14.5 Recruiter logos, employer names, alumni companies, faculty credentials, advisory board names, testimonials, or student achievements do not imply that every Student will be hired by or connected to those organisations.
14.6 The Student confirms that the decision to enrol is based on the official Program details and not on assumptions, informal statements, exaggerated expectations, or unsupported interpretations of marketing material.
15. Certification
15.1 Amquest may issue a certificate of completion to Students who satisfy all of the following:
- payment of full Program fee;
- required attendance;
- completion of academic requirements;
- completion of assignments, tests, and projects;
- successful completion of Capstone Project, where applicable;
- compliance with conduct rules; and
- no pending disciplinary, payment, or verification issue.
15.2 Amquest may withhold or revoke certification in case of:
- non-payment;

- misconduct;
- breach of intellectual property rules;
- placement fraud;
- misuse of Amquest name or materials; or

15.3 Amquest certificates are certificates of completion or participation issued by Amquest only. They do not constitute a degree, diploma, statutory licence, university qualification, government-recognised qualification, or professional charter unless expressly stated in writing.
16. Intellectual Property
16.1 All course materials, recordings, presentations, notes, templates, spreadsheets, financial models, case studies, projects, assignments, assessments, videos, LMS content, frameworks, worksheets, tools, branding, logos, designs, website content, social media content, and other materials provided by Amquest are the exclusive property of Amquest or its licensors.
16.2 Students receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Amquest content solely for individual learning during the permitted access period.
16.3 Students may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, upload, sell, resell, lend, sublicense, publish, modify, record, screen-record, share, teach, commercially exploit, or make derivative works from Amquest content.
16.4 Students may not share Amquest content with friends, colleagues, employers, other institutes, online platforms, Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, social media pages, YouTube channels, file-sharing platforms, or any third party.
16.5 Any breach of this section is a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund, certificate revocation, removal from all groups/platforms, and legal action.
17. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement
17.1 Students must keep confidential all non-public information, internal documents, methodologies, course materials, trainer notes, assessments, recruiter information, hiring partner details, student data, business processes, fee structures, and placement processes shared by Amquest.
17.2 Students must not publish, circulate, or share false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, malicious, or disparaging statements about Amquest, its directors, employees, faculty, recruiters, hiring partners, students, alumni, or operations.
17.3 Fair, accurate, lawful, and good-faith feedback about your own learning experience is allowed.
17.4 Nothing in this clause prevents a Student from making a lawful complaint to a court, consumer forum, regulator, statutory authority, or law enforcement agency.
17.5 Students must not misuse Amquest’s name, logo, certificates, recruiter relationships, faculty names, advisory board names, or placement claims for personal, commercial, misleading, or unauthorised purposes.
18. Photo, Video, Audio, and Likeness Consent
18.1 By participating in Amquest sessions, events, classes, workshops, webinars, placement drives, interviews, or campus activities, you consent to Amquest capturing photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, class recordings, screenshots, testimonials, feedback, and other likenesses.
18.2 Amquest may use such material for academic, operational, internal, quality, training, placement, marketing, promotional, website, social media, brochure, advertisement, and informational purposes.
18.3 This consent is provided without any additional compensation, royalty, approval, or payment.
18.4 You may withdraw future promotional consent by writing to learnersupport@amquesteducation.com.
18.5 Withdrawal will apply prospectively and will not require Amquest to remove material already published, circulated, printed, advertised, or used before withdrawal, though Amquest may make reasonable efforts to honour removal requests where feasible.
18.6 For testimonials, Amquest may edit, format, trim, subtitle, design, publish, and repurpose the submitted testimonial while preserving its overall meaning.
18.7 This consent does not permit Amquest to falsely attribute statements to you or use your likeness for unrelated third-party product endorsement without appropriate consent.
19. Data Protection and Privacy
19.1 Amquest processes personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and Amquest’s Privacy Policy available on its website.

19.4 Where required, separate consent may be collected for specific activities such as financing partner sharing, recruiter sharing, marketing communication, and promotional photo/video use.
19.5 You may request access, correction, updating, or erasure of your personal data by writing to learnersupport@amquesteducation.com, subject to Amquest’s lawful retention requirements, contractual rights, legal obligations, dispute records, payment records, academic records, placement records, and legitimate business purposes.
19.6 Withdrawal of consent may affect Amquest’s ability to provide services, including LMS access, certification, placement assistance, financing support, recruiter referrals, and communication.
19.7 Students must not upload, submit, or share third-party personal data unless they have lawful authority to do so.
20. Communications Consent

20.5 You may opt out of promotional communication where applicable, but transactional, academic, payment, compliance, and placement-related communication may continue as required for service delivery.
21. Student Code of Conduct
