Experience

At Adtalem Global Education, Pannkaj spent over ten years building training verticals in analytics, accounting, and digital marketing that contributed nearly 40% of company revenue. He managed 250 plus trainers, ran corporate learning programs, and worked directly with CXOs and business heads. He then moved to Boston Institute of Analytics as VP Projects, handling trainers, content, placements, and tech operations across 105 campuses. In 2022, he founded Emopin, followed by Amquest Education in 2025.
